Subsea Check-Valve

3D to Hologram

Over the last few years, High-Definition (HD) video cameras have made visual inspections of subsea assets more efficient and a source of massive and critical information. But in many cases, this visual information is incomplete without dimensions and geometry and can be biased by the wrong optical perspective, the lack of scale, or bad water clarity.

With the VLS, you can achieve a clearer view of objects and create 3D models with textures that are compatible with holographic devices.

3D As-Built CAD Models are great for project analysis and simulation, with dedicated software enabling easy sharing across platforms. While on-site visits are ideal, they’re often impractical for places like subsea installations or nuclear facilities. Traditionally, physical mock-ups were used but had many challenges.

Now, 3D Holograms transform industrial asset management by creating virtual site models in the office, improving team understanding and collaboration without needing a physical presence on-site. In partnership with the company Avalon Holographics (https://www.avalonholographics.com/), DimEye can create 3D holographic models of any object, regardless of complexity.
